We do not have a physical reception, but our web reception is always available and responds ASAP.

Front of the Property: You’ll recognize the front of our property by the 3 tall palm trees.
Parking:
At the end of the alley, you’ll find our parking area. Please always leave space for a second car.
Stairs Access:
To the right of the staircase entrance, there is a lift for disabled access. As it is delicate and essential for a resident with mobility needs,
We kindly ask that guests do "NOT" use it.
Please use the stairs instead of the lift.
Key Box:
The key box is located to the left of the staircase entrance downstairs. Inside, you’ll find two sets of keys.
We kindly ask that you leave one set in the box as a backup, in case you accidentally lock yourself out.
Since there is no on-site reception, it may take time to gain access, and a fee will apply if a lockout occurs.

Smoking: All properties are strictly non-smoking inside. Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas.

Quiet Hours: 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–08:00

Sun Shades / awnings : Do not adjust the sun shades / awnings. They must remain in their original position to prevent damage from even a small wind.

Leaving the House: Please ensure all windows, doors, and air-conditioning units are closed.

Trash & Recycling¨The recycling (blue) bin and the general waste (green) bin are located on the street. When you exit our property, turn right and walk about 40 meters. You will see the bins on your left-hand side.

Lift Access: A lift for disabled access is available, but it is delicate and essential for a resident with mobility needs. We kindly ask that guests do "NOT" use the lift.

Toilet Use: Please do "NOT" throw paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash in the toilet. All disposal must be done in the trash baskets.
