Cancellation Policy & Terms & Conditions

Dear Guests,

Please read our house rules & terms of use:

Inside the key box, you will find 2 pairs of keys. Please keep one in there in case you lock yourself out! (or hide it somewhere if you do not feel comfortable by leaving the key in the box) 
As we do not have a reception, it will be difficult for someone to come and open up for you. Usually, there is an extra fee for that.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the house is suitable for your party. Please check before booking that the house will be suitable for you (e.g. any medical conditions, disabled access, sleeping arrangements, etc.). Any changes or cancelations will be subject to the normal cancelation policy.

When entering or leaving the house (and whilst staying in the house) please do so with consideration for others and do not disturb the neighbours or give any cause for complaint.

When leaving the house please make sure that all windows, doors & air-conditions are closed

Please Do Not Throw Paper Towels, Feminine Hygiene Products, Or Trash In The Toilet. All disposal must be thrown  at the basket.

Please be careful not to leave any food around and make sure to empty your food rubbish often.

At the parking area you find the rubbish bins and the a recycle bin for all (paper, plastic & glass) 

Please DO NOT feed cats!!!!   Local cats usually curry flees, that can be terrible for our cottages and if then we will have to charge you an extra biological cleaning fee.                               .

I. CHECK – IN AND CHECK – OUT:

Check-in time is at 03:00 PM (Please contact us if you need to check in early so we can). Late check-in (later than 21.00) is available with an extra charge of €12.

We do offer also self check in!

Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Guests who wish to have a late check-out will be charged a fee. The late check-out fees vary according to checkout time and the availability of rooms. Arrangements are subject to availability and you will have to contact us in advance at naturacottages@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist.                                                         .

II. LOCKERS / LOST AND FOUND / PERSONAL PROPERTY:

Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables items in the guest room. The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left in guest rooms. You can leave these valuable items in the safety boxes for your convenience.  The hotel will make every effort to retrieve and hold any items accidentally left behind for up to 14 days. After the 14-day period has passed, any item that remains unclaimed will be disposed of. To enquire about Lost and Found items please email to naturacottages@gmail.com.  

The hotel will not be liable to the cost of shipping, however we will help you to return your lost items                                        .

III. SAFETY / PROHIBITION /SECURITY:

It is strictly forbidden to carry flammable items, explosives, weapons, toxics, drugs, durians, mangosteen and pets or solicit prostitutes in the hotel. Gambling or other acts that are contrary to good morals or that cause an annoyance are strictly Smoking is prohibited in all our hotel rooms. If anyone is found smoking in the non-smoking area of the hotel, he/she will be charged with cleaning cost and the costs of fire brigade intervention if the Sound Alarm system goes on. Smoking area is available at the  terrace and all front yard & garden. Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the Hotel. The hotel will report all suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is suspected of involvement in such activity. The hotel reserves the right to enter any area of the hotel, including guestrooms, should there be a clear and valid reason for suspicion of illegal activity or if we suspect other guests, our property, or our staff are at any risk.                                        .

IV. DAMAGE TO THE ROOM AND/OR PUBLIC SPACES:

Guests will be charged for any loss or damage to the hotel’s properties caused by yourself, your visitors or for any person for whom you are responsible. We understand that mistakes happen sometimes and we guarantee that our charges will be fair and reasonable. List of charges is on the Room Amenities as following. For items not listed in the list, we will be based on the market price for replacement/fixing.    .

V. HOUSEKEEPING AND “ DO NOT DISTURB” POLICY:

For the safety and privacy of our staff and guests, no occupied rooms will be serviced while guests are presented. We provide a housekeeping service at any time that is convenient for the guest up to 04:00 PM. Please inform the Reception Desk if you would like to schedule the service at a particular time.

All of our guest rooms are equipped with “Do Not Disturb” (DND) signs. When the “DND” sign is placed on the door handle and visible to us, the staff members will be alerted not to knock or enter the room for any reason. When the “DND” sign is in place, your room will not be serviced.

During low season (November to March) we do not offer cleaning between a stay, we do provide you cleaning supplies though at the cupboard of the washing machine and extra sheets and towels (for long reservations) to replace them on your own. If you wish to have our cleaning lady to clean up for you with an extra fee, please let us know in advance! 

VI. VISITORS:

Visitors are not allowed to meet guests in the room after 11:00 PM. Any exception will be subject to the decision of the Hotel Management.

Additional person in the room is allowed only when additional fee is paid. Please notify the reception if you wish to have an additional person in your room.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • An initial deposit of 30% of the total amount within 3 days of the reservation in order to secure it. Compliance with the reservation cancellation policy which allows cancellations up to 14 days in advance of your check-in date in order to be reimbursed for the initial deposit. 

  • The long-term cancellation policy applies to all reservations that are 28 nights or longer. Guests need to give a 35 day notice of cancellation to receive a full refund. If the guest cancels within 35 days of the check-in date, they will still need to pay the first month's reservation cost.
